This collection showcases a variety of property marketing materials I created for Keller Williams agents. I worked one-on-one with agents to design custom flyers for active listings, coming soon properties, open houses, pending sales, and recently sold homes. Using a combination of Canva, AI design tools, and design principles I learned throughout college, I created marketing materials that highlighted each property's unique features while continuing to strengthen my skills in branding, typography, layout, and visual communication (2025-2026).
